The programme will continue this summer for Junior members and hopes tol include a range of activities such as dinghy sailing, power boating and kayaking as well as shore based activities in the Westward room.
On 11th May will meet at 1700 at St Aubin for a dinghy sailing session. This is an extended session that will last until 2100. The young people will be assessed by RYA Instructors and placed into the most suitable group for their age and ability.
All young people will have a St Helier Yacht Club log book which they will complete during the programme. They will also be encouraged to work towards RYA qualifications or advance their exisitng skills.
Spaces are now allocated for 2010, we are starting a waiting list for those who are interested in joining us in 2011.
