The Chefs are pleased to launch the new Sunday lunch menu, available from Sunday 7th October.

Soup of the Day, crusty bread
Sauteed lambs' kidneys finished in apple, brandy & cream
Salmon & asparagus terrine, beetroot mayonnaise
Smoked duck breast salad
Roast sirloin of beef, traditional Sunday trimmings
Roast chicken with sage & onion stuffing, Sunday trimmings
Pan fried fillet of seabass, sauce normande, rice & vegetables
Vegetarian lasagne, garlic bread & mixed leaves
Crème caramel, homemade shortbread
Sticky toffee pudding, custard & butterscotch sauce
Selection of Jersey ice creams
