Getting Started

Open the Game
For computer users, visit the Virtual Regatta Offshore website
For phone and tablet users, download the VR Offshore App.

Login
Within the game, create your account or select register for existing users.
Complete the relevant fields then tick to accept the terms of use & privacy policy.

How to Enter the SHYC Team
The SHYC Team is open to all club members.
Upgraded boats are not permitted. Only the standard basic game boat.
To request the SHYC Team Pin, please email office@shyc.je with your VR game profile name.

Join the SHYC Team
Click 'social' then 'Team' and search for "SHYC".
Select the SHYC and then Join and enter our Team Pin.

Enter the Race
To enter the Vendée Globe, click on Go to Races and choose Vendée Globe.
Follow the game instructions to customise your boat.

Please note that to compete in the SHYC team, we do not allow boat upgrades. Only free boats may enter.
