The Constitution
Established in 1903 St Helier Yacht Club is incorporated under the Laws of the Island of Jersey entitled Lois (1862 et 1963) sur les tenures et fidéicommis et l'incorporation d'associations" referred to as a Société des Sports.
The Constitution of St Helier Yacht Club was last revised in 2021.
The Executive Committee Regulations issued under rule 8 (d) for the well-being of the Club were last revised and re-issued in November 2018.
