Easter Rally to Guernsey and Herm
Tide Times:
Friday 3rd April HW St Helier 08:09 & 20:27 BST, 10.9m;
Saturday 4th April - HW St Helier 08:39 & 20:54 BST, 10.7m;
Sunday 5th April HW St Helier 09:06 & 21:20 BST, 10.4m;
Monday 6th April HW St Helier 09:32 & 21:43 BST, 9.9m.
St Peter Ports Victoria marina is typically open from half tide. Arrivals are anticipated mostly on the Friday morning and evening. Please call on VHF channel 80 on arrival if marina staff are not there to show you to your berth, stating that you are with the SHYC rally.
Friday 3rd
18:00 Welcome drinks will be served, provided by your Club, at the RCIYC clubhouse, a short walk from the marina on North Plantation, please come and meet our hosts, who are looking forward to meeting you all. Dinner this evening is at your own choice.
Saturday 4th
After a day at leisure in St Peter Port, and the inevitable aperitifs on the pontoons, those of you who wish, can join a group meal at La Perla. We need menu choices by this Friday, so please email me your crews selection from the attached menu as soon as possible.
Sunday 5th We will be spending the day on Herm, heading out on the 10:30 Trident ferry (or take your own boats of course) and back at 16:15. We will be having lunch at the Mermaid Tavern, details to follow, but there will also be a welcome drink there before lunch.
Monday 6th We will be heading home on the morning tide for Jersey.
Please make sure you pay the mooring fees for your boat before departure a discount has been arranged for the rally boats.
If you have to cancel for any reason, please do so by 09:00 on Wednesday 1st, as we have to submit our final lists that day.

For those of you who have expressed an interest in cruising in company, you will be notified of the arrangements by separate email.
