Catering Update

It has been a pleasure meeting so many of you during my recent visits to the Club Room. Your comments, advice, and genuine warm welcome have been greatly appreciated. Over the past few weeks, we have been working closely with your Officers to plan and implement a total infrastructure refresh, kitchen refit, bar and cellar review, and changes to the PoS (Cash) system.
Secondly, I have been busy onboarding some of the most professional hospitality staff available in the Island to look after you. One topic that I am frequently asked about is the menu and pricing. I am delighted to confirm that we are proposing five exciting menus, all within (and in many cases slightly below) the price range you currently enjoy. Happily, your bar prices will also be a tad less expensive!
The new food menu structure will be divided into the following sections:
- Coffee Bar now including readily available morning goods such as croissants and pain au chocolat.
- Breakfast Menu - a good start from early doors!
- Club Favourites formerly the Snack Menu, but with super one-plate options!
- Club Restaurant Menu initially available Thursday to Saturday evenings.
- Sunday Lunch Menu featuring great roast meats and seafood.
We formally take over on 1st July 2026, and I am pleased to say we are already taking bookings for the restaurant and for private parties. The Coffee Bar and a limited food service will be available from day one, although we kindly ask for your patience as we transition into a new and exciting Galley Hospitality Service.
