New RYA Course Dates Announced

Here are our scheduled RYA training courses: 

RYA Day Skipper Theory - November 2021 - January 2022

This course is on Thursday evenings from 18:15 until 21:15 over 14 weeks on the following dates:

6th November - 16th December inclusive - 7 sessions Christmas & New Year Break 6th January - 17th February inclusive - 7 sessions

The course costs £290 per person for Members or £310 for non-Members.

SEA SURVIVAL COURSE - November 2021

The next RYA Sea Survival course is on Saturday the 20th of November for the classroom part of the course, followed by a practical session at Les Quennevais Pool on Tuesday the 23rd of November.

This course is a must for all those sailing offshore, especially those planning to take part in our biannual race to Concarneau this Summer.

The cost of the course is £139 and bookings are now open.

FIRST AID AT SEA COURSE - November 2021

The RYA First Aid at Sea course is on held over two evenings on Tuesday the 16th and Wednesday the 17th of November.

This course is both for first time students or those renewing their certificates, which have a 3 year valid period.

The cost of the course is £70 and bookings are now open. 

RYA VHF Radio - Short Range Certificate (SRC) - November 2021

A one-day course with the theory in the morning and a visit to the Vessel Traffic Service and the practical assessment in the afternoon.

Course dates: Saturday the 29th of January 2022.

This course costs £70 for Members or £90 for non-Members, plus a £60 fee to the RYA for the assessment and licence.
