Expression of Interest for our Catering Concession

St Helier Yacht Club is seeking expression of interest from interested parties to tender for the food and beverage concession at the Club. The role carries the responsibility of the Club stewardship as well as all catering services.
Services are for the benefit of around 2500 Members their guests and visiting yachtsmen under a Fifth Category Liquor Licence.
The intention is for the contract to be for a 5 year period starting in July 2026 and the concession agreement includes a fully equipped kitchen, bar and dining facilities along with a two bedroom flat for staff accommodation.
Closing date for applications is the 27th of February 2026.
Expression of interest detailing previous, relevant business and catering experience should be marked Catering Concession, Private and Confidential and sent to St Helier Yacht Club, South Pier, St Helier, Jersey, JE2 3NB or via email to catering@shyc.je. Responses will be sent after the closing date on a personal and confidential basis. No other contact should be made with the Club.
