Granville & Chausey Rally

May Rally to Granville (and possibly Chausey) 23rd 25th May.
- Saturday 23rd May Depart Jersey for Granville over the lunchtime tide - HW is at 12:34 BST, (although the option is open to travel down on the Friday if desired, and catch the market on Saturday morning). All boats should make it into Granville before the gate closes at 16:13 BST. There will be a complimentary welcome drink at the Granville Yacht Club clubhouse at 17:30 French Time, followed by an optional group meal at one of the local restaurants around the marina.
- Sunday 24th May A day at leisure in Granville, with plenty of options available for Sunday lunch. Some may opt to head over to Chausey early and stay overnight on the reef.
- Monday 25th May There is a possibility of a day-trip to Chausey over the high tide, with time to explore this beautiful little island. If weather allows, a welcome drink will be offered to all at one of the local hostelries. The return to Jersey can be via the standard southern route, or for the more adventurous, but shorter, route north thought the reef, with HW being at 14:53 BST.
We are offering those who are new to this route, or who prefer the security of travelling with other boats an option to Cruise in Company. If you wish to take advantage of this, please click the relevant box on registration.
The cost of entry is £5 per person for Members, and £10 for non-members attending. This is refundable if we have to cancel due to bad weather. If you registered for the cancelled Guernsey rally, your registration fee can be carried over to this event. Just advise the office accordingly. You will also be able to view the Rally Booking Conditions.
